How do I return an item?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Select-Tech, Inc. If you are not satisfied in any way, you may return or exchange any item in its original conditionwithin 5 days of the receipt. Certain restrictions apply to special order items or non-stock items. Before you return or exchange any item, you must first complete contact one of our representatives at 931-684-8964 or email@example.com. Our customer service representative may require you to complete a Return Authorization form or assign you a Return number. After completing this form return it to us via fax, at 931-684-8965, and we will review your claim and then issue a return authorization number with instructions if your claim is valid. We will respond to your request as quickly as possible. Items that have been personalized cannot be returned unless the items have manufacturing defects. We are sorry, but we cannot not be held responsible for delivery delays caused by carriers, weather or circumstances beyond our control. For any merchandise which is defective in workmanship or material and for which you make a claim within 5 days after receipt of the merchandise, we will elect to repair, replace, or refund the purchase price. When making such a claim, you must complete our return authorization form and submit both the original packing slip and the defective merchandise itself (or a sample thereof), unless these conditions are waived by us. Shipping charges will not be reimbursed for items returned for any reason, except defective workmanship, defective material, or wrong items sent.
